Tubular Aerator

  Domestically pioneered tubular rubber aerator, this product is a new type developed by our company. It utilizes a main air supply pipe and a pilot air channel with a rubber membrane featuring expandable pores for fine bubble aeration. It boasts a simple structure, high oxygen utilization efficiency, reliable performance, non-clogging pores, no backflow of sewage, uniform circumferential stress, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, and low system cost. This product is a domestic innovation and meets the standards of international counterparts. It is currently one of the most economical and rational aerators available.

II. Product Structure
　 ● Tubular design significantly reduces the tension on the membrane compared to disc aerators;
　 ● Pilot air channel structure ensures no buoyancy in the aeration components;
　 ● Natural rubber and anti-aging formula are used for the membrane, ensuring long service life;
　 ● Uniform and numerous pores, with each group containing up to 6624×2 pores (ordinary aerator membrane Φ215 has 2000 pores);
　 ● Stainless steel connecting fasteners prevent air leakage at joints and allow easy disassembly.
